What is "Right Way" ?

        What is it?

“Right Way”  An open platform for all Engineers….

      We are 100 in our stream. Just after two years, we are B.Tech engineers. We have invested about 7 lakhs for our study. After 4 years, we have to get a job. But 30 of us can get a job or can start further higher study by cracking GATE, MAT,CAT ranks. 70 of us have to stop. There is just a full stop for the rest.

     Our parents, who are teacher of primary or Higher Secondary school, invested their all for our study. They also expended their PF money for our better future. But after completion of our study, we are workless. We shall not get a job in private farm for the lack of experience.

     We have some marks, grades, mark sheets or some theoretical knowledge. But we don’t have any work experience or strong practical knowledge. We have to earn it for us. We can’t stretch our hands to our parents for pocket money again. I am from a cultivator i.e. farmer family. In the present time, we have all fields and cultivation supports, but I can’t go with that.

      So, we have to enhance our knowledge base, employability, technical skill along with good grades.

     After completion of our study, we will be divided to our own residences, but there is no way to improve ourselves. So, we have to make our own platform for us that must open for all engineers.

     “Right Way” – is the solution, an initiative for all engineers for self-improvement.
