"Think Tank"--A sub project under "Right Way".

        Think Tank!

           This is a major sub project of our organization to enhance public knowledge base and make awareness about technology and to make an image in public about our organization.

           We believe that “Raising questions is the prove of effective learning.” Every active person has some questions. “Think Tank” is the platform where you can raise your hand to fill your thirst of answer.

     We can divide all our questions in three types.

1.     What

2.     Why

          3.  Misc.

              This is a web based program where everyone can ask freely about their questions of mind.  Someone is always here to answer.

                 Surely, this will help you to improve your knowledge base.

There is a sound that, “Money is not everything, but nothing can happen without money”.  We believe this. To start our venture, we will go for funding from—

     1. West Bengal Youth Development Ministry

     2. MSME

     3. Bank Loan

     4. Private farm

     5. Local Investors etc.

        

            When we will to do any work, a team will be made to do the job. Team members will be paid by 90% of gross income from the job. 10% will be deducted to strengthen our organization.

            We will arrange different technical programs like Technology fair, Project competition for funding.  We will organize technical events like Robotics workshop at different school levels, we will train them, sell Robot-kits and earn for our organizational fund.

          You know, here we all are fresher. So, we can start our journey from here but we subjected our goals to where else higher destiny. Here will be an agreement of one year for all of us.

          If any one likes to stay here, he has to renewal every year.

         Our leader and mentors will not be bound to renewal as they are our support hands, our inspiration & proud.  All time they will be valued.

           We think, you know very well that in every work place there is some bonds and rules for which you will not get release any time for higher study or personal requirement. But we care for your carrier very much; you will be released any time just after completion of your ongoing or assigned work.

             For every organization, there must be some rules to be followed or maintained by organization or employees. We will make our own constitutions i.e. Rule Book with the guidance of our superiors.

After completion of your B.Tech, you may be involved in three things—

               If you think you will get a job just after completing B.Tech, it is very fine. If you get so, you are very much lucky one. But if you failed to get a job, analyze, why? There is a common reason that you don’t have any EXPREINCE.

               It is the place where you can gather experiences with high quality professionals.

                Taking that, you have got a job, but it is hardly found that you are doing your job with your own department & with your early dream. Everyone has their own personal aspects, targets, dreams and innovative or inventive thinking. In your job environment, you are not to duty 7days in a week. Don’t let to die your dreams. Here is the place to make reality of your innovative dreams.

                  If you choose higher study as your next step, you must know that sharing knowledge is the best way of improvement of knowledge. And also highly qualified mentors are here to help you always.

“Knowing your weakness is your best strength”.  So, what is our weakness?

              We are all fresher. We have no experience. We have not experiment too much. Knowledge base is also not so strong. No one will give a chance.

             So, how it can be handled?

             We need some hands on our soldier in the situation & to make us attractive, trustable by their well-known working field. Who are they? Why they will join?

               Let’s see a human psychology. “FEAR 59” : We the students when just to complete our graduation or just going to give 8^th semester exam, we will be in a think that what we did, what we know??

            Same thing happens to every man’s work life. In the age of 59 years, every person starts to conclude their life. What they have done, what not? Will everyone remember me? Why? Why I am different from others? And, what’s to do on the next day of retirement?

                  We can go to meet them, can request, and can convince them to give their hands on our soldier, to help us to stand in our life. They need respect more than money.

                 They are HRs, Managers, Businessmen, Professors, and Industrialists etc.

Who can join "Right Way" ?

       Who can join?

            Everyone having graduate level or diploma level technical qualification can join here. They can be from ME, CE, CSE, EE, IT, ECE etc.

            We believe on assembly. Here a pen has a refill, ink, cover, body etc. Everything made from different site and machines; they transported another place for assembly later. If we do arrange all things under same roof, it will reduce cost and time consumption as well as enhance productivity. .

       

             For installation of an E.O.T crane, ME needs for set up, inspection & operation. CE needs for safe setting under roof with safety requirements. EE needs foe electric power supply connection. ECE & IT need for remote control setting up and emergency information set-up installation. If one company hire them from different org. or individually, it will be very costly. If we go from same company, it will reduce cost very much.

              So, all departments will be together here.

What we do with "Right Way" ?

      What we do?

           We will do all technology oriented jobs like Mechanical design, repairing, maintenance with Mechanical engineers.

           We do website design, development, making new software as per every requirement, Communication, control & management by CSE, IT & ECE engineers. We can take opportunity to work with well-known companies like HP, DELL, ASUS, SAMSUNG, CARBON, MICROMAX, MTS, VODAFONE, AIRTEL etc. They need customer help desk, onsite service like repairing, replace of parts. They give contracts to some local trustable companies to do so. Why we will not take this chance?

          For civil engineers, they can make plan for construction, can build townships, flats etc. being part of this organization.

          They can work in emergency break down control, repairing and maintenance of big constructions.

            We all engineers know something in our subject matter. From that point of view, we can arrange different trainings for H.S. level school students. We can run coaching centers for diploma & B.Tech level students also. We can take chance from here to build up research being a part of “Right Way”.

    Missions & Visions

“Right Way” is the platform, has initiated their goal as to make high skilled, efficient & effective engineers. This is also to enhance technical and Economical growth of our nation. Our arrangement has promised to develop your employability. We have also wished to re-life our weak industries. In our West Bengal, The industries are shutting down day by day. Before few years, Howrah was an industry way filled with casting & machining workshop. Day to day, these are also being workless and closed.

         

           We, the fresher engineers can take some steps to re-life, rebuild them.

          In our India, there is a process of registration for all medical practitioner & lawyers as MICR and BAR association. Though engineering is a highly professional subject, there is no such system. So we have be together, to be a unit.

         If I ask you, “Tell me 5 doctors’ name?” , You can easily tell me . But, if I ask you to tell me 5 engineers’ name, you can’t.

      

         Why it is happening? Because, we are not together, we are not a unit. Customers always get an alternative & they don’t remember us. That’s why; we have to be organized & to be under same umbrella. Is not it?

What is "Right Way" ?

“Right Way”  An open platform for all Engineers….

      We are 100 in our stream. Just after two years, we are B.Tech engineers. We have invested about 7 lakhs for our study. After 4 years, we have to get a job. But 30 of us can get a job or can start further higher study by cracking GATE, MAT,CAT ranks. 70 of us have to stop. There is just a full stop for the rest.

     Our parents, who are teacher of primary or Higher Secondary school, invested their all for our study. They also expended their PF money for our better future. But after completion of our study, we are workless. We shall not get a job in private farm for the lack of experience.

     We have some marks, grades, mark sheets or some theoretical knowledge. But we don’t have any work experience or strong practical knowledge. We have to earn it for us. We can’t stretch our hands to our parents for pocket money again. I am from a cultivator i.e. farmer family. In the present time, we have all fields and cultivation supports, but I can’t go with that.

      So, we have to enhance our knowledge base, employability, technical skill along with good grades.

     After completion of our study, we will be divided to our own residences, but there is no way to improve ourselves. So, we have to make our own platform for us that must open for all engineers.

     “Right Way” – is the solution, an initiative for all engineers for self-improvement.
